Request deletion
Email hello@restopic.app with the subject “RestoPic data deletion”, the domain used, sign-in method, account ID if available, and the requested scope. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete identity documents. We verify account control before confirming a request; you can contact us even if you cannot sign in.
Disconnecting versus deleting
Removing RestoPic authorization in Google or Facebook stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase your RestoPic account, other sign-in methods or works. Request Facebook-associated data only, or the entire RestoPic account. Signing out is not account deletion either.
Scope and progress
The manual process covers session revocation, account and sign-in links, cloud images and related records, with minimum legally necessary exceptions and periods explained. We respond within one month, or a shorter legal deadline, and provide progress and results in the same email thread; lawful extensions are explained. Instant automated account deletion is not available. Backups and third-party copies require separate checks; incomplete removal is not marked complete.
Remove local works
Our server cannot remotely erase browser-local works or downloaded files. Export anything you want to keep, then clear the domain's site data in browser settings. Repeat for each of the three domains, browsers and devices used. This removes local drafts and sign-in state for that site. Trashed works may still contain image bytes.
