Service and scope
These terms cover RestoPic, operated by Rui Wang as an individual, across its three domains. Our food-image editing and creative tools are for adults with legal capacity to contract; business representatives must have authority. Features, limits and prices are those actually shown. The site password controls preview access and does not replace a personal account.
Rights in inputs and outputs
You retain your existing rights in your material and grant only the permission needed to process, store and export it as requested. Secure rights to photos, trademarks, fonts and likenesses before uploading. Using our editor does not transfer ownership of your work to us. AI output protection, uniqueness and commercial use depend on applicable law, input rights and disclosed model or plan conditions. Samples and third-party assets have separate licenses and are not cleared for every commercial use.
Responsible use and publication
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive or harmful content, bypass account permissions or disrupt the service. Before publishing, check dish appearance, portion size, prices, ingredients and allergens; do not use generated images to mislead customers. AI can make mistakes and cannot verify the actual dish. Protect your account and report unauthorized use promptly.
Charges, cancellation and refunds
Customer online payments are not currently open; demo credits and orders do not create real charges. Before paid access opens, prices, currency, benefits, expiry, any renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed and charges require your confirmation. Trials will not become paid subscriptions without consent. Contact hello@restopic.app about erroneous or duplicate charges, undelivered services or legally required refunds. Statutory refund rights are preserved.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, faults or third-party outages may interrupt service. Keep independent copies of important material. Unlawful use or material abuse may lead to proportionate restrictions, with reasons and an appeal route where practicable. We do not guarantee every output's fitness for a particular use. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Disputes, changes and contact
Contact hello@restopic.app to seek a resolution. You retain access to courts or regulators with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here requires you to waive mandatory rights where you live. Material changes receive reasonable advance notice and fresh consent where legally required. See our privacy policy for data practices.
